What book is Ewan reading?

Hey Guys!

For those of you who have seen this spectacular documentary, I have a question which is sort of detailed and some of you might not have caught it. So, if you happen know, I am interested to find out.
My question is: What is the book that we see Ewan McGregor is reading during some of the scenes throughout the journey on his down time? We see him reading it on the train, and it is near his bed side one time, and in a couple other places. The cover is orange with white bold letters for the title. So, if you know, that would be great! Hopefully your eyes are better than mine! :)

I'm pretty sure it's Cancer Ward by Alexander Solzhenitsyn. A good book to read on a trip thru Siberia.

It can be seen quite clearly when they are at the White Lake Hotel, and also I think I've read it somewhere that Ewan read that book on the trip.
