Anyone know which actors are mortals and which are vampires? I'm hoping Jonathan Rhys-Meyers is a vampire of some sort... whether he's the cop vamp or the "bad" vamp... cuz I think he'd be dead sexy as a vampire! If anyone knows can they please let me know? Thanks!!!!!!!!!
shareI read somewhere that Jonathan Rhys-Meyers was in negotiations to play the lead villain at some point, who's name was Edgar. Since IMDB has him listed as Edgar, it looks like he's going to be the bad vamp.

OK, I'm back. As much as I was originally opposed to the whole vampire cop thing (I'm a strong believer in the Anne Rice type vampire), this thread has changed my mind and now I think that we definitely need a vampire cop movie...

Since no one has taken any notice, JRM has *not* been on the Auckland set at all, which leads me to believe he is not in the film. The fact that Leo Gregory is playing Edgar is a pretty good clue that JRM is not.
