Ending?
I just saw the director's cut and I would really like to know
how the theatrical release ends, please?
Wait, director's cut? Is that the version that was released on DVD?
The version I saw ended with SPOILERS
Lilly kills Edgar just as he's about to kill Silus. Silus directs her to one of the abandoned buildings, and tells her that there's something precious there, that she has to take it and hide it from the Brotherhood. They kiss, and she goes into the building and finds a baby girl with vampire teeth. Edgar's blood that had been dripping into the irrigation system and infected the population caused the mutation in a pregnant woman, and she's the first female Brother (or Siter, I guess). Lilly takes her outside, and Silus has disappeared. Then we see Lilly and the baby (she isn't named in the movie; I just call her Gwen for purposes of fanfiction) in an apartment somewhere. It isn't specified where, but Sils is narrating, and he says he hid them "far away from the Brotherhood and its' lies." Lilly also glances out the window, so she might know he's watching them. Anyway, Silus says he'll fight the Brotherhood, and the movie ends. I'm really hoping they'll make a sequel. How did the other version end?

So there's probably only one version!!
I hope there's a sequel too!
There is another version where, after Lilly says the little girl will "literally change our world", there is no more narration - Silus says nothing at all.
shareYes I've seen the version it ends with lily and the baby she says: Because of silus is see the world thru new eyes blablabla .....now i see hope and i see a child. blablabla perhaps edgar got what he wanted after all because in time this child will truly change our world. and then you see a shot of silus standing ..[end]
