Huge error? SPOILERS

So I noticed something i could not just ignore. They are all clones for rich people that are used to replace organs. Got it, however you'd assume that you would have a sick rich guy (say Steve Jobs?) and that man or woman would constantly be needing new organs, and wouldn't this disrupt the "lottery" system? They would notice the same winning? Or does each person only get one clone? I will admit I have not seen this in 6 years and am just starting it again so I might just be forgetting that they explain this issue.

The facility is split into four sectors with an alledged sector five actually being the real world. Remove a clone from sector one so his organs can be harvested, and put a new clone into sector two. No one need ever know.

What, you thought I was being serious? 

It's a highly unlikely, way too overcomplicated system too begin with. They entire infrastructure needed for this would make the organs extremely, extremely expensive, far too much as needed. Nobody is gonna tell me that if they can set up this entire system, they can't just clone just the organs.

But hey, it's for story purposes.
