This was a reasonably good mixture of those two 70s "grim future" movies, though it probably would have been a bit more effective with a 10 to 15 minute trim. The Coma similarity goes without saying, while the lottery had Logan's Run "renewal on carousel" written all over it. Well worth a couple hours of your viewing life, though while it doesn't hit it out of the park, I'd give it a solid double, or at least 3 stars out of 5.

Yes mix all those together then add in about an hour and a half of needless chase scenes. Oh, and film it in some stock that looks like black and white with some colored lenses - I hate that look.
