All the hate for Joey
Seems short-sighted on the part of the family. Sure, he misled them about his past, for pretty good reasons. &, obviously, had he not been Joey, he & everyone in the diner most likely would have been killed by the thrill-killer psychos.
Also find, re-watching it after all these years, the line of dialogue where Joey says, "I'll save you the trouble, I'm not packing" a bit odd. He has to know that regardless of what he says they're going to frisk him. Not a big deal. Just seemed odd somehow.
Otherwise holds up well for me.
