Flynn is supposed to be the hottest Disney guy ever?

You've probably all heard about the "hot guy" focus groups that were used to design Flynn, but I recently read they supposedly wanted Flynn to be the hottest Disney guy ever. I love Flynn/Eugene, but I don't think he's that hot, at least physically (and I'm assuming they meant looks-wise when they said they wanted him to be the hottest ever, or else it wouldn't have been about animation).

If we're just talking about looks, I personally find Phillip, Eric, Adam (though we barely see him) and John Smith to be hotter. I also had a big crush on Thomas from Pocahontas growing up.

Who are all your hottest Disney guys?

Well I'm a dude but I'll play along from a dude's perspective.
When I see Eric my gadar goes off so not him. Flynn felt like a mama's boy somehow and Phillip was Mr. Prince Charming: selfish and vain. Same with John Smith. Aladdin seemed like he was too short and scrawny.
So after much consideration I have decided that the most attractive and catching male hunk of Disney is Shang from Mulan!

Haha. Yeah, I guess I was going on looks alone. If we're actually talking which guy I find the most appealing as a potential relationship partner (disregarding the fact that they're cartoon characters), I'd probably go for Adam, Flynn, Hercules, John or Phoebus from HoND.

Eric and Phillip are hot, but Eric seems pretty boring and Phillip seems kind of like he'd be a jerky fratboy.

I was never a big fan of Mulan, so I really don't even remember Shang's character very much. Maybe he'd make my list.

Aladdin is a bit too scrawny for me, like you said, and he also seems kind of immature somehow. Seemed like they tried to give him a very boyish, almost Peter Pan-like vibe, which isn't my thing.

Well I think Flynn is up there in my hot Disney men list. I like the fact that he's not conventionally handsome (long nose) and his personality makes him even more attractive. I think Flynn and Aladdin are the only Disney men that would be fun to hangout if they were real of course. Like I think John Smith very handsome but his personality is quite dull.

well, i think Flynn is pretty hot. It's not just looks, it's personality as well, he has quite a lot of confidence and charm, which women tend to like. John Smith from Pocahontas I also think is very attractive. Also Captain Shang from Mulan.

Yeah, but I was talking about strictly looks, since the "hot guy" sessions were supposed to be about how they should animate a really hot guy (and, therefore, what physical features he should have). I agree that he has an attractive personality, but just based on looks alone, I wouldn't consider him the hottest.

Aladdin was always my favorite Disney guy. Naveen is handsome. I always thought Snow White's prince was underrated. He has a gorgeous singing voice and he has a very princely air about him. Moreso than Cinderella's prince and Phillip. Thomas from Pocahontas is adorable too.

I don't see it either. His hair is kinda cute but otherwise he's just average-cute, nothing special. But more importantly its his unlikable, John Bender-like personality that turns me off. Worse because unlike Gothel he never has to pay for his own crimes.

Prince Phillip is attractive and has a wonderful personality, Snow White's guy is adorable and sweet, and Aladdin is my personal favorite of the Princes, and he's also cute. Kristoff is hot, but I'm not a big fan of his personality at times, how rude he is to Anna half the time.

Flynn is the hottest for sure! I saw Tangled and thought, wow for once a hot Disney "prince" (I know he is not a "prince")

Aladdin and Eric and John Smith are not attractive at all

Prince Charming and Prince Philip (Sleeping Beauty) are good looking.

Gaston is probably a close second to Flynn

John Smith : I am not in to blond guys. There are exceptions but not too too many

Eric: IDK, he is just weird looking

Aladdin: looks like he could be Eric's Arab half-brother, just changing Eric's skin tone won't change my opinion of his looks. Also I hate Aladdin's hair and IDK why

Just personal taste and to my personal taste he is weird looking.

I think Charlotte is adorable. Does that mean everyone else has to agree? Of course not

I don't think he's bad looking, in fact he'd probably be in my top 3-5 cutest Disney guys, but I definitely don't think he's the hottest. I actually think Kristoff and Prince Eric are cuter.
