Who in god's green earth is singing that and who wrote the lyrics? I have listened to it for over 2 hours over and over again. It is one of the most beautiful song I have ever heard. The "voice" is so famiiar! WHO IS IT? Please?

IIRC it is "Look on Down from the Bridge" by Mazzy Star. It's on the soundtrack.

Mazzy Star also does "Happy" (song during their first date) and "All Your Sisters" (during the part where Harlan wanders around, sleeping under the overpass etc)
