I started watching this just because of Edward Norton, and I didn't even get through 20 minutes of it. I am a huge fan of his, but this was just not right for him at all. And that Culkin kid didn't help any either, he annoys the hell out of me!
Honesty is the best policy, but insanity is a better defense.
It's a bit odd to be sure. Nevertheless, give it a fair chance. There's lots to admire here.

slow boring plodding takes forever to go anywere
now watching the taxi driver rip off talking to the mirror with a gun scene- only just now getting half way interesting
this movie is not good
It's a rare film, nothing great but good. I think Norton was fantastic.
