soundtrack

Although I didn't like the vulgar bed-scene in the hotel, I really liked the music that was playing at that moment (the only reason I kept watching this movie).

Does anyone know more about this music (performer, title...) ?

Thanks

IMDB has a list of the music from this film. Just look.

I checked them and couldn't find it on there. I also was wondering about the song...

The very last song on the film - where the end credits are about to be completed: Which title is that? One fragment of the text in this song is 'rolling like a river'...

Soundtracks can be found with the link 'full cast and crew' It took me a while to find that out. Please note that songs listed here (and in the movie credits) cannot always be found on CD soundtracks. Please check CD track details for confirmation.

Yes, thank you! Actually, I had found that link (and the list) fairly far down on the web page - but I have not been able to unravel which of these titles (if any) is the one in question, containing the phrase 'rolling like a river'. By googling I found the phrase in the song "I'd Like to See You Try" by Chad Brock, but I doubt this is the one (it is not on the soundtrack list, anyway). - I liked the song; quite fresh and swinging... would be nice to know! :)

More searches revealed another source dealing with the soundtracks: http://www.soundtrackinfo.com/OST/derailed/
The answer to your initial question, full-option, is in that list... Charles' Theme... question 6 from the top!
My question is there too - number 4 from the bottom - but still unanswered... :(

Charles' Theme is number 8 in the list:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001ESUVA6/ref=dm_sp_alb

Thank you. Actually, I've been searching too this weekend and found nearly all songs on the list on iTunes. They have the soundtrack cd, which isn't complete but the other songs can be found there too, and can be listened to. Have you tried there ?
Have you tried lyrics.filestube.com ?

Because it's a long time ago I wasn't sure of the song "Charles'Theme" but now you've confirmed it,I will get it on iTunes.
Thank you for the link too. It happens a lot that I'm interested in a song from a movie, but it's not obvious to find some songs, especially when it's instrumental. Then I can't search on 'lyrics'.
But with great apps like Soundhound and Shazam, it has become a lot easier.

Someone who has a copy of the movie, and those apps, can find your song maybe that way?
