My fav's are Bullock, Buckle, Barry. Although in the later episodes Bullock's character seems to have gone from quirky and unusual to full out deranged and insane. Its become a bit over-the-top and has lost a bit of the characters previously subtle humorous nature.
I've always enjoyed every episode Buckle was in. Barry always has great one liners.
I liked the Barry episode where he goes completely mad and essentially wants to take over as Steve. Hilarious!
Other than that though, I don't really like Barry that much. He's just kind of there.
Bullock is hilarious. Him and Principal Lewis are always great for laughs!

It doesn't directly answer the question, but I loved it when Toshi would say something in Korean, and Steve would respond to him so confidentially as if he understood him, but of course was way off.
