Amazon UK has a release date of November 21, 2016 for their MOD set.
Assuming there is one of course, I'm sure it wouldn't be the same day but perhaps around the same time.
Seeing that it's just going to be another bare bones MOD set, you might as well just record them from Netflix. They've been streaming there for a month now... well season eleven, not twelve of course, those won't be added until next year I'd suspect.

Volume 11 [the three episode FOX September 2014 season & the first TBS season - October 20, 2014 to June 01 2015] released December 13th.
