The poster shows a zoomed-in, close up of Kate Hudson's eye....but what's in the reflection of her eyeball?

What is that? Is it a person, place or thing? I can't figure out what it is....and what is it supposed to mean by showing an abstract looking reflection in a zoomed-in, close up of Kate Hudson's eyeball? Odd choice for the movie's poster.

It's Ben. I'd say it's one of the more underrated horror movies of its era. I'd put it on par with Stir of Echoes
