Mrs Partridge-From the Agency 'Nannies of Distinction'

You never see Mrs. Partridge but the lines and voice are absolutely hysterical when the father approaches the door of the Agency to hire the 18th nanny, and we hear: "We're closed, We're not here, go away, there's no more nannies, YOU'VE HAD THE LOT".

The voice is that of Phyllida Law, who is Emma Thompson's mother.

You can see her as an extra (dressed in bright yellow) at the wedding(s).
