The books?

I've been trying to find out who the books are by and what they're called. I've looked in the credits but they're so small I can't read them =(

From what I have heard....Nanny McPhee is based on the "Nurse Matilda" books by Christianna Brand.

Yes, the 'bonus' stuff on the DVD tells about that.

they're not actually called Nanny McPhee. The movie is only based off of the books.
