on Emma Thompson's page it states that in 2007 she was writing a sequel to Nanny McPhee

I was so disappointed in the sequel. Now if someone wanted to complain about plot that would be the movie to do it with. It was so all over the place and the acting was less than desirable. It felt out of character compared to the first movie. I wish they would have kept it one movie.
