What changes on Nanny Mcphee the first time?

I didn't really see any change, but I could be wrong. I don't think she changed until the second 'lesson' (when her first wart disappeared). Another thread here had a very interesting theory. Nanny always looked attractive but didn't to the children (at first) because they didn't like her. So, it would make sense the changes occurred later as the children began to 'warm up' to her.

If I'm not mistaken, that is when the first of her two warts disappeared.

First lesson - To go to bed when they are told (and stop fighting) - Hair goes from gray to brown
Second lesson - To get up when they are told - Upper wart disappears
Third lesson - To get dressed when they are told - Lower wart disappears
Fourth lesson - To listen (and say thank you and please) - Unibrow disappears
Fifth lesson - To do as they are told - Snaggle tooth disappears
