I couldn't make it beyond 10 minutes of this movie, but I heard such great things.

When I saw it for the first time i didn,t get the movie either and i watched it the whole entire time but once i watched a few more times i started understanding the movie and really started to enjoy it.

To the OP, how do you watch only the first 10 minutes of a movie and say you "don't get it"? The title of the movie tells you the premise.

This was a COMEDY about two guys who love to crash weddings, meet and bed lots of women from the receptions, and eat and drink for free. They are suffering from arrested development and haven't completely grown up...until they meet the perfect women for them. It's a farce, what is there not to get?

Why would you need to watch this several times to understand it?

You probably wouldn't get any movie if you only watched the first ten minutes.
