It took me a while to realize that too. I think when I checked the page for the movie here I saw it. For me, if I wasn't listening closely, it sure sounded like Zack as opposed to Sack.

shareAt the time, I thought the sack lunch comment was simply a pun on sacking the quarterback. However, the joke makes more sense knowing that his name is Sack, and he technically didn't "sack" the QB considering he didn't possess the ball at the time of contact.
