Bradley Cooper stole the show in this

I thought he was effin hilarious and the villain. First movie I saw him in as well didn't even know who he was really.

I'm quietly judging you...

This was my introduction to him as well, he was an unlikable asshle in this one but after seeing a majority of his films I think he's a terrific actor, especially in Silver Linings Playbook.

"Mr. Treehorn treats objects like women, man."

Bradley was also good in a short lived TV show Kitchen Confidential (wonder if that's on DVD?) Not sure if the show was before or after Wedding Crashers. Love Silver Linings and The Place Beyond the Pines also good.

reply

Love Bradley cooper and he was good in this but the script made it impossible to believe she would date a guy thats that much of an *beep* He could have toned it down a little bit

reply

He was the lead in some made for TV movie years before Wedding Crashers that spoofed reality shows back before they were they were on every channel, and people didn't know much about them. But I think that this movie is what launched his career.

reply

I thought he was brilliant in this role as a villain. I loved the scenes when he's beating Owen up out the back with his friends when he crashed the engagement party as a waiter. The music suddenly becomes dark and evil - almost like a thriller. Love it.

reply

I hated his character in this, didn't find him funny at all

reply

this was the first time i seen him and i couldnt stand him.since then i have seen him in other movies and i think hes a great actor.and what makes him great is that in wedding crashers u were supposed to hate him.if u liked him he wasnt doing his job right

reply

I also didn't care for Bradley Cooper's character in this movie either and for awhile I wouldn't watch another Bradley Cooper movie because of my hatred towards his character in "Wedding Crashers", I was impressed with his performance in "The Hangover" movies, I thought Bradley Cooper's character in "Wedding Crashers" should have been toned down some.

reply

The opposite for me, I thought his character was unbelievable and the character was over the top. I didn't believe a sweet girl like Claire would allow a hothead like him to treat her like crap, all while her father watched and approved. Prior to the final scene the father thought he was the man so to speak, after numerous occasions where he craps on his daughter. I would have been OK if most of his scenes ended up on the cutting room floor.

reply

Their relationship is obviously slightly forced--a product of two powerful families intermingling. It's almost like an arranged marriage, and pressure is clearly coming from all sides for Claire to marry this douchebag. Maybe, she's fine with it and decides to go with the flow, until she meets John. And it's then that she obviously realizes Sack isn't right for her.

reply

Some of you on here - you've seriously never known sweet girls like Claire to date incredible jerks like Sack? It happens a LOT. Particularly when things like money and big family names are involved.

reply

I absolutely couldn't stand him, which is why I thought he did an excellent job at it. He was awesome in the role.

reply

He's much more likable during the first two seasons of Alias. That being said, if anyone stole this movie it was Isla Fisher.

"Bradley Cooper stole the show."

Vince Vaughn would like to have a word with you. Vince made this movie for me, along with Isla Fisher and Christopher Walken. Owen played off of Vaughn very well but the movie just wouldn't've been the same if Owen had to do the heavy lifting.

He is one of My fave Actor . So talented! 😎
