Hi, i'm from the UK and a new viewer to the show. I watched an episode of season 8 on television a few weeks ago and loved it so decided to go to the beginning and watch it all. I'm currently upto the second episode of season 2 where Vanessa Ferlito's character gets fired for tampering with the evidence in the rape case she was on.

Did the actress want to leave the show? Wasn't buying Aiden's "to be honest i dont think i could do this anymore anyway" to Mac, when that was the first time she ever done anything dodgy, Messer has done worse things. So was just wondering if anyone knows why she they pulled her from the show? I really liked her character.

Yes, she wanted to leave the show. She wanted to be home in New York instead of Los Angeles.
