Episode Help Please

I have read all the summaries, but I cannot find a specific episode that I want to buy on Amazon video.

It was before Jessica Angell was killed and after Stella killed her "boyfriend" in self-defense.

The Plot:
A hotel worker is impaled by a large sculpture after she is thrown over the staircase railing. While working the first scene, the CSI team hears gunfire from the apartment building next door and several rush over to see what happened. A woman says she killed the man who killed her husband.

What is the title and season of this episode? Please help. I will greatly appreciate it.

(And I hate that Jessica is gone. Emmanuelle is a wonderful actress.)
