Does anyone else notice how much Hill Harper overacts when he is looking at evidence? IT annoys me to no end. He looks at everything like it is the strangest, most bizarre item on the planet. Watch his facial expression next time, I'm telling you its annoying.
I came onto this board just to find a post about this. I just laughed out loud because he looks so ridiculous. He's not a bad actor outside of those scenes, but yes, he completely overdoes it. And he holds everything UP, right in front of his face. It's too much.
You will now that we mentioned it. Trust me. Its way over the top. I don't hate him, I think he is a decent actor. He was good for the few episodes he had on Married With Child. Some people are great with dialogue but terrible without it.
Hahaha I thought the exact same, I missed the latest two episodes and just watched them both together and he was just as over the top in both. So funny that you had posted this!
Also, Mac annoys me the way he constantly points out the obvious. In 'The Real McCoy' when he goes to see Adam at the end and he gets upset about his dad, Mac just says the most pointless things like "you want an acknowledgement or an apology but with his fleeting memory, you can't have that" duh! What was the need in saying that Mac!
Everything always goes back to Mac too, when Adam asks if he took care of his father when he was sick an Mac was like "no, I wish I done more" and it pans to him looking all sad and refretful.. This is about Adam and his family, not yours Mac!
Don't get me wrong, I love Mac, but he doesn't half annoy me sometimes. We want some focus on other character's and their lives from time to time.
And Who Am I? That's My Secret I'll Never Tell...You Know You Love Me! XOXO Gossip Girl
Mac isn't as bad as Grissom in that category but I do understand what you mean. The only one of the main leads in the CSI brand that showed constant compassion was Caine... even if he is arguably the worst actor of the lot. That being said, in the history of television no one delivers one liners like David Caruso.
