What is the future of CSI: NY? Does CBS renewed it for 10th season or the ended/ cancelled it?

CSI: NY is the best CSI show
CSI: Miami has the best technology

We won't know until May but there are indications that the show will be cancelled since other shows have been renewed.

The only "drama" slots available next fall, if the currently renewed shows stay put, are Tuesday at 10 pm, Friday at 9 pm, and maybe Friday at 8 pm. You have "Vegas" and "Golden Boy" trying to get a second season, and there will be a third NCIS show starting next season. That doesn't leave a lot of room on the schedule to fight for, and the fact that they did a "farewell" episode on CSI:NY would leave me to believe it's done. That being said, stranger things have happened.

CSI: NY wasn't renewed. I'm not happy with it not being renewed. Especially since they had a storyline involving Lindsay & Danny having another baby. Way to go CBS.

I just saw this had been moved to the ended/cancelled portion of the epguides page, too. But I can find no news stories anywhere confirming that it is definitely cancelled. I know it was likely that it could be cancelled, but I think epguides.com jumped the gun on this one by already putting it in the cancelled part of their page, since CBS hasn't announced its cancellation yet.
