How did Brendan know Laura was at the Pins house?

When he was first brought there by Tug, after the Pin asks him what he has to say, he says something like, "why don't we bring Ms. Dannon in so she can hear this" and then later it turns out she was actually there. How did Brendan know? Hell, how did he even know she had anything to do with what be was trying to find out at this point, all be knows is that Em tried to get with her crowd and it didn't work, and that she's Brad's girlfriend. How does he know she even knows the Pin?

And also, did Brendan think the Pin was automatically going to get involved after every fight Brad has? I know he later says it was Tug's initiative, not his own, but why would he even care about what one person he sells to does? Is he supposed to hunt down everyone that fights with one of his customers?

Just some questions I had, I'm sure I'll think of more.

He didn't know for sure. He figured she was connected with the Pin and would be there after he started nosing around. So he made what was a riskless play. If he was right and she was out there then he gained some cred by seeming to be very smart. If she wasn't then he wouldn't look any sillier than he already did.

As for Brad Bramish, Brendan had made it clear he wanted to meet the Pin. He had Brain tell, IIRC Kara, that Brad would be his (Brendan's) calling card. Then he beats Brad up. The Pin probably doesn't hear about every fight Brad has but when his number one customer gets taken down by someone who is looking for him he takes notice.
