such a BAD MOVIE .. i broke the c.d and dump it in garbage..UTTER CRAP!!

I place it at no.2 position of the worst movies i've ever seen !!!
the first one being 'napolean dynamite'
and wat sort of bloody english accent were they using anyway?

reply

You are wrong. This is a GREAT movie and so is Napoleon Dynamite. I would like to know what movies you DO like so I know what I'm dealing with here.

reply

english accent? where the *beep* in this movie do you think they use an english accent?

reply

I think he is mistaking the inteligent vernacular for an english accent, most likely because he is a dolt.

reply

Stick to Michael Bay movies and you'll be ok.

Obviously indie movies are not your thing :-)

reply

yeah let me know when tom green puts something new out...

A bad movie by a lame director

reply

Jesus Christ... all you could say for a comeback was, "a bad movie by a lame director." Obviously you are one of two people, one is the person who is striving for attention, wanting people to argue with you. Second, as said before, you are not into the indie film industry. Obviously you had a problem with the movie, maybe you were looking for some violent movie, like some damn Hollywood film, but the movie didn't fulfill your movie expectations. I dont know how old or what gender you are, but that often times affects choices of movies. So why dont you go to the theaters and jack off watching Eagle Eye or some mindless movie.
Have a good day.

I'm glad that at least someone noticed, that this is a terrible movie. There was a story worth five minutes of a movie, but it was just kept hidden for about 90 minutes. It's just about some teenagers pretending all the time, that whatever happened, it's too big for everybody. Most actors are terrible, especially the main character and Tugger.

Well, of course, I don't care if you liked it, why should I? But: This is definitely not an indie movie and I don't see why it shouldn't be mentioned along Michael Bay movies.

It is always the same if you criticize a movie, no matter how mainstream it is, the reply is always that you are not smart enough for the movie and you should watch movies that are even more mainstream.

reply

Obviously, you just didn't get it. I don't think it's the fault of the movie.

reply

yeah it is a bad movie after all

reply

WHAT? Its probably my favorite movie. Let me ask you this, what did you think of Disaster Movie? lol

reply

ssss

reply

...and another bad comeback. Now I'm believing you just want to attention. You don't explain your comment, however you seem to just say the same thing in every post.

reply

and wat sort of bloody english accent were they using anyway?
Are you sure you watched the right movie?

Bad movie? Uh, well, that's cool.

Ö Oh nose!

Yeah,it is so amazing that you had to come to the IMDB message board and read what other people are saying about it in the middle of watching the god-damn movie.

reply

The OP obviously wants attention. Look at his dull, short comments he leaves each time.

You seem to graze different movie's forums putting down movies that are fairly good (Hotel Rwanda) and giving ridiculous ratings (Dhoom:2 1/10 - which i haven't seen and Don 10/10 another one i haven't seen). Also you go around in different forums posting things about people's hair and saying how bad movies are when they are actually pretty good/really good (Brick - which i don't think you understood). Rather you go around watching your foreign utter crap and claim its glories. I really don't know if maybe you just have a misunderstanding of movies, maybe you go around looking for attention and leaving short pointless response (Brick - maybe because you can't think of a comeback).

If you are looking for attention on here I hope i am not feeding your sexual fetish with this post.

I think they're either genuinely stupid, or just trying to get us all riled up. It wouldn't surprise me. Some people get their kicks in strange ways. But I'd put my money on the former. Especially since he can't even form sentences properly."I broke the C.D. and dump it in garbage". Wow...

reply

I also have to say there would be no way I would ever 'break a DVD and throw it in the garbage'. First of all I bought the movie, whether it being $2 or up to $15, I put some personal investment in it. If I ended up watching the movie and disliked it, I would either put it on the shelf and leave it there or resell it online. There is no way in hell would I break something that I personally invested in and loose the money just because its a "crappy movie"

This movie is still good.
People have their personal opinions, whether it being bad or good, but we can't help their personal style in movies.

+1

reply

+2 It was style over substance. I will grant that young watchers will think things are "deep" and "fresh". But thats just because they havent been around long enough to see how this movie rips off Maltese Falcon and noir-cloned anime.

reply

I totally agree. It's tied with Elephant for my worst film of all time.

reply

How old are the people that claim this is a great movie? I couldn't get through the first third, it was so cheeseball.

reply

ANybody who watched this movie and is saying it's a bad movie should never ever be able to watch media ever again. If you don't like it, it's fine, I don't like alot of movies, but I recognize that they are VERY good movies. Brick is one SUPERB movie, someone sat down, wrote a storyline and put an interesting spin on it, can I say the same for Transformers? I DON'T THINK SO! 90 mins.... 45 minutes of camera time on Megan Fox's breasts and the other 45 with the actors running around jumping and shooting guns, aimlessly, randomly and sporatically whilst in front of a green screen, and still they managed to blow over $200 million on it... well that's just money down the drain.

reply

90 minutes? I wish. Try 144 minutes.

This is ****ed. No money, no weed... it's all been replaced by a pile of corpses.

You just need to learn how to go to the next step of viewing films. You're looking for something of the surface that isn't there. You need to look further for meaning and significance. Then you can fully understand how brilliant Brick and Elephant actually are.
