Can someone explain the humour in Jim's line: "Porque es muy rapido"?

I know the translation, but I don't get why it's funny? People seem to love it but I can't figure out if I'm reading too much into it or it's going over my head lol

It's just a ridiculous name for a ridiculous thing that shouldn't have been named in the first place. Don't analyze it too much haha.

Just in case anyone's wondering, "Porque es muy rapido" translates to "Because it's very fast."
