The ending where his little bro saw his brother's remains had me going pretty well. Also the scene where his girlfriend died made me sad as well. I have to say this is the most emotional movie i have came across

I just saw all 3 hours of this flick this weekend, and even though I'm used to to seeing sad endings in war films and even take them pretty much for granted, I gotta admit--the scene at the end---the fifth one you mentioned---actually had me tearing up for a minute. After all the hell both brothers went through to survive the war,it definitely had an impact, I can say that.
