Why did that guy start killing a bunch of people and then shoot himself with his own rifle?

Maybe he was under a lot of stress or something and decided to take it out on people.

But that's my guess.

I enjoyed how his innocent victims were completely ignored by everyone.

He and the people he killed were dying, asswipes.. The guy who started shooting every patient there and himself had maggots eating out of his stomach. And The Doctor and medics couldn't do a single thing about it cause North Koreans completely cut them off from communication and supply lines. So for him, it was better to die than have maggots eating him alive and along with other dying patients.

my grandfather had to go through starvation and death...my grandpa said that he saw many people suicide because of the starvation and stench of smelling corpses...and you go crazy
