How many scene themes are ripoffs from American War movies?

I can think of a few.
"We Were Soldiers". When the S. Koreans are starving, they decide to attack. They'll never expect that.
"Saving Private Ryan"
Letting the North Korean pows live instead of killing them, only to have them rebel and kill some S. Koreans during the retreat from the Chinese.
"Platoon"
The hero brother in a wild murdering craze and not recognizing his brother, kind of like the end of Platoon where Sgt Barnes almost kills Charley Sheen.
I'm sure there are more, as this movie is a lot like "The Good, The Bad, The Weird" in its homage to war movies.

And made a much better war film than america, ironic.

Only those with no valid argument pick holes in people's spelling and grammar.

You don't have much of an argument topic creator. I grew up watching war films over and over in my youth and this movie is strikeingly original, unpredictable and compelling!
