You take your firm and go head to head with other firms, strategy, role playing, etc. Rockstar games was involved so it's a no brainer so why hasn't this happened? And as far as copyrights, just make all the clubs and firms ficticious, of course editable also so the real names just might happen to pop up accidentaly.

I loved it, 'Hooligans storm over europe' it was called. If you splashed the cash in a nearby boozer you got recruits to your firm, and the more stuff you smash up the higher your firm's morale.

It was surprisingly good for a 1-dimensional idea.
