I saw a different version of this film once, pretty much the same but i thought it was better.

Tommy didnt have the messages going through his head, it was just all about the fight.

Has anyone else seen this? And if you have does anyone have a link to the soundtrack (it was a completely different soundtrack)? I want the song that is played in the cup draw scene, where tommy is chased by the Millwall lads.

I doubt anyone has this, but i would really appreciate it if they did.

I've heard of this version, Love and dyer talk about it on the director commentary, the orginal song was on Oasis song instead of Swastika eyes by Primal Scream, most movies the first cut is different and longer

i have this copy, it was a copy stolen by someone in the editing room
and was flogged round the pubs all over the country

the voiceover is different in much of the film, certain bits are chopped out
and certain other bits put in

and as you've stated the soundtrack is far superior

i dont know the song your thinking of mate im afraid, but it sounds a bit like
a tune that basement jaxx would do.

the best version had Oasis supersonic when they were all walking at the start

Yeh, I have a copy of this, actually bought it off some bloke on a stall outside Stamford Bridge about 5 years ago. Much better than the proper version.

I also posted the same question on here about 2 years ago about the same song. It's Cleptomaniacs - All I do.

Oasis - Supersonic, by far so much better at the beginning. Better soundtrack all round on the pirate version :o)

yeah i saw a bootleg before it came out in the cinema. the soundtrack was different but don't remember the storyline being different, just that it cut out right at the end.
