Love The Film, One Disappointing Piece...

It's clear that this is based on the Chelsea Headhunters but there's very little attention paid to the right wing political/philosophical leanings of the Headhunters.

Yeah, Zeberdee is rude to some Sikhs on the bus and assaults a drug dealer who happens to be non-white.

And yeah, Millwall Fred refers to Billy being "Right Wing".

But there's nothing deeper.

I understand that the producers probably wanted to make Tommy and Rod somewhat likeable, and portraying them as racist thugs would have sunk that mission, but I feel the film loses key credibility points by almost completely avoiding the white supremacist underpinnings.

At least Billy and Harris could have displayed those sides of themselves.

Other than that, great film.
