this first one was better
this movie wasnt as good! what do u think?

Same thing as you. Family had told me it didn't live up to the first one, so I wasn't really surprised. Shame really, since the first one had a lot of charm and was funny. I didn't like that she split up with Eric, since we wanted them to be together in the first film and them splitting up after just three weeks doesn't really sound right. Netherless I thought it was good that she kept dwelling on the subject in the sequel instead of ending it with just one comment. But I also missed Michael Caine's character from the first movie, I liked him. All in all though I thought the story was a bit fuzzy as well and the joked weren't as good as in the first one and while I don't believe it's an especially bad sequel, it's nothing memorable either, so I'll probably not watch it again.
Oh, and on a personal note I really missed Ms.Hawaii 'aloha'..., 'ALOHA'! :D
I thought the second one was just as good as the first. The only problem I had with it was that yea, Eric wasn't in it, not even to make a guest appearance but the second movie didnt really have a big ending like the first one did. Saving Gracy's life was big and stuff but the first one had the dancing with all the contestants, the music was great, everything fit. I felt like they should have done something like that for the second one. But I thought the sequal was just as good, maybe not AS good but just as good as the first one.
