.........doesn't anyone think Rowan Atkinson would make a better Inspector Clousseau? His career has always been about being bumbly and confused and I guess also following in line of a British comedic actor I would have enjoyed watching him play the role. RA can also do the accents hysterically(like he did in The Rat Race)and to me he seemed worthy of filling Peter Sellers shoes. Also the facial expressions of Peter Sellers were always understated and hilarious, something RA can do perfectly. SM were always exaggerated and just always seemed that he was trying so hard to get a laugh. It's not like he wasn't funny, but I do't think he was the best actor for the role. It's just my humble op!

I love Steve Martin, and he invariably makes me laugh out loud. This film was no exception. His scenes with Jean Reno were great. He did stand up for years and years and is just naturally funny. I love him!!
