Wss the scene cut from the film? If so, why the HELL would they cut a scene of Beyoncé looking so good?
That scene was part of the edgier, PG-13 version of the movie. It's included in the movie novelization that was out at the time this was released (which is entirely based on the PG-13 version).
And from what I read in the book, its strongly implied Xania (Beyonce) and Clouseau indeed do the deed. The scene goes like this: He loses his boner pill, goes out to get another one, gets it, the mojito thing happens, sets the bathroom ablaze, they're forced to evacuate, once everything's in order, "she leads him back to her room, but not by the hand" - as the book put it, and the scene ends there.

Ooooh! I love novelizations, especially *that* one! I'll have to look for it, if it's not out of print.
According to the description above, it sounds like the first Pink Panther film, A Shot in the Dark, where Clouseau and Maria are about to do the deed, everything goes wrong, and she bumps (or "beumps") her head. I liked him in that one, but as the films go on, he gets too cocky, and I root for Dreyfus. Poor guy, he never got laid! There were some scenes where he and his wife are in bed together, but they are clothed and nothing happens. He looked good with his shirt off!
If Rowan Atkinson had been in this film, I would have loved it even more. I'm not sure if he would have done this scene or not. Is there a special edition of this film where the scene exists?
