I hope everyone gets the chance to see this hear-warming film. (it was released as an OVA in Japan.)

Wow, it took about 5 years for a response. I'm surprised this movie is so obscure. Perhaps the awful DVD cover turned people away from it. It's a really underrated film. It's not quite Studio Ghibli quality, but it's close.
