Wade whistles to his horse from the train as he steams off then we see the horse follow the train so we know Wade will escape again from Yuma prison and use his horse. Maybe he'll settle down, get married and become a rancher like his friend Evans!

i don't think wade went to Yuma, more than likely he will jump off taht train right onto the horse and horse away.
I don't think the horse is able to catch the train after a few hours.
The horse power of the horse is simply can not be compared to the horse power of a train which packs probably 10 or 100 or 1000 times of horse power of a horse.
but the train probably makes stops, also it depends on what the average velocity of the train is and what the horse's is
