A flaw with the the ending...something that hasn't been brought up...

Whenever Dan raps on the train door and it gets opened up by some kind of marshall, Dan tells him that he's got a prisoner and then the marshall dissapears.

Not even when the gang rides up or when Dan's son has his gun on Wade after Dan dies does the marshall make an appearance.

That, to me, was the only thing wrong with the end. I would think that anybody that transported prisoners would not be a complete coward.

It was an ordinary train that had a prisoner boxcar for prisoner transport.

It's what you call saving money so you don't have to pay the extra/actor for dialogue.

So after Wade is on the train behind bars, he suddenly appears on the ground again?

Perhaps the bullet hole in the center of his chest kept him from further involvement? He did get shot before he got the door fully open.

No he didn't. All you see in the top left corner of the screen is him jumping to the side out of harms way. Dan is the one copping all the bullets.

Don't put the devil in the picture, cause' the religious groups won't wanna see it.
