He's good at one (outside of his native Welsh): a light, non-region specific American accent.
Whenever he tries to deviate from the one stock accent in his repertoire, it sounds like he's struggling. He either mangles it or flips back to that default neutral accent.
I'm watching 3:10 To Yuma and it's distracting enough to get me on my phone.

Alot of British actors think they have the American accent down so well especially in westerns. It's a hard thing to do and sometimes they don't even notice the British accent start to leak out..depends on the actor and how arrogant they are about it..Bale slips up afew times but he does well enough to keep me contented with the illusion. Now take Andrew Garfield, he is awful anytime he does an American accent.
