Seen better westerns get much lower scores, and this has a 7.7..Really?

Nothing in this movie was good enough to be a 7.7 of anything, maybe except Russell Crowe and even he couldn't save this movie. Nobody in this movie had an IQ above 25 and could outthink any of the stupid gang members. They set a stagecoach as bait and instead of having it being an entourage guarding it. It's one guy as a sitting duck driving it ,and one rat snitch Marshall hand inside of it.



Who would tell their killers the location of where they are taking a hostage? You shouldn't even be put in charge of that if you cant keep your mouth closed. And even if they did open the flaming stagecoach, you are in the middle of the Arizona desert, you will probably be dead by sundown. So stupid.



And many other inconsistencies scattered throughout this movie. I had heard so much about this film and seeing its rating leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth, because there are a ton of good westerns that get crapped on while this movie has people slobbering over it for the same problems many other bad movies have.
