Randa's parents wanted her to get good grades and Mr Anderson told her he was going to fail her in English (or something like that) because she couldn't write well in the English language. When Kimberly explained the plan, Randa asked if Mr Anderson would get fired. Kimberly said he would. Randa knew this meant that he couldn't fail her and they would get a new teacher, who would probably over look the fact that she couldn't write well in English because English wasn't her first language. So she agreed to go along with it to get rid of Mr Anderson.
I think the whole point of the movie is to make you think at first that the girls are telling the truth, eg, you see Mr Anderson touching Randa's face, Brittany running down the corridor with her shirt un-done, Kimberly says "Mr Anderson has all done stuff to us", etc. This all looks really suspect. It's only later on in the movie when you see the scenes from a different angle or the whole scene and realise that they are actually (relativly) innocent.
