What did Kimberly say Mr. Anderson did to her?
I don't remember a scene of Kimberly ACTUALLY claiming Mr. Anderson assaulted or harassed her in any way while she was on the witness stand. I guess she claimed him and the teacher's friend "looked at them a lot" but I don't think that's basis for a sexual harassment lawsuit. All the scenes were just of her being cross examined.
If Kimberly never really claimed anything, and Brittany's story was true as we saw, technically only Randa lied on the stand.
