Scene different from 1st viewing

I rented 'Charlie Countryman' and was thinking about movies with Evan Rachel Wood. When I first saw this movie, one of the scenes that immediately caught my eye was the scene in the 1st 3rd of the movie where Evan goes from talking to a guy on the phone to being on a bed getting oral sex from him.

One thing gets to me, Now, years later.
When I first saw the movie ten years ago, I noticed at the end of that scene Evan says 'Thanks!' and the camera follows her as she gets up naked from the waist down and the viewer sees her sweet ass as she puts her pants back on.

Now, years later, at the end of that scene we see her sit up, out of the shot, and the guy lies back on the bed in her place and prepares for his turn. She then explains, off camera, why she 'can't right now'. And then the camera cuts back to her just as she's buttoning the pants up.

What happened with those awesome five-ten seconds of her ass nudity?
