The way I think CR and QoS would be most fittingly structured

I think it would be most fitting if Casino Royale ended on the happy note at the 2:03:14 mark and Quantum of Solace opened with some exterior shots of the area in Venice where they are then cut to them fooling around in bed and through to when Bond gets her out of the water as Mr. White watches and walks away with the briefcase then cuts to the title sequence with Shirley Bassey's No Good About Goodbye as the theme song then cut to Bond's phone conversation with M and the whole Mr. White confrontation and the big chase sequence with the Bond theme blaring over.

This is a really brilliant idea! The alternative theme song is amazing considering what would have happened with Vesper if the movies had been done per your suggestion.
