Yes, they get along. I think you're problem is not recognizing the difference between sincere political beliefs (which is what Adam has) and homophobia (which is something altogether different.

Adam is not related to the Baldwin brothers and I don't know his views on gay people. From what he does, he seem quite liberal.

Adam Baldwin is openly and quite well known as a conservative.
As much so as Clint Eastwood, James Woods, Gary Sinise, Bruce Willis, and many others.
He's as Conservative as Nathan Fillion is Liberal.
Fillion is a talented actor and I love his work as Malcolm Reynolds and Castle. But politically he is a moron.

shareWas oblivious to this and was not visible in show which is great because ruffled feathers might have spoilt the ambience the whole cast purveyed on screen ( and equal praise to the talented behind the camera crew team too).
