Christina Ricci would make the perfect Rita.

I think I will be mad if they don't cast her for Rita. While I was reading the novel, i could only imagine her as Rita.

Isn't she too old for the character?

Not really. Rita is in her mid twenties I believe. She would be too old to play Merry.

I agree. Christina Ricci is exactly what I pictured Rita to look like.
