I enjoyed seeing this film today, and also recently enjoyed the Roth-based film Indignation (which is probably 50s, but similar) and Crisis in Six Scenes.

Is a return to the 60s a trend?

Did Mad Men end and everyone start to miss it?

No, not increasing. America's obsession with the 60's has never died down.
