Of course, he forgets a case FULL of money,,,

... because some young thing stuck her fingers in her vagina and had him take a whiff and that had him panic.

Seriously ? I substracted a point out of my score just 'cause of that idiocy.

i hate it when they develop a character pretty well then smart people do stupid things to move the story along ....

I thought rather than him panicking he was either fighting temptation, or he was deeply shocked by this woman's brazenness.

It's not everyday a hot woman sticks her fingers in her snatch and offers a free taste test, to be honest I would be shocked too, and no doubt wondering what incurable disease she was incubating.

I didn't understand any of that scene. It was so random. I reacted the same way Swede did when he kept asking that looney woman, what any of that she did had to do with him finding his missing daughter.

Perhaps she wanted to further destroy that family? She had already expressed such contempt for Dawn.

reply

Really? That scene was brutal!

I mean ignore the money. Who cares? They didn't.

But that was some serious mind frack, posing as her little girl. Would YOU have given in to temptation? What would have happened afterwards if he had given in? She would have kept teasing and tearing him apart, probably laughing at him afterwards and denigrating his manhood. She was a vicious *beep*

Men are PROGRAMMED to give into this kind of temptation, it was absolutely plausible that the only way was to get out of there.

What he SHOULD have done of course is kidnap her when he had the chance, tie her up in the basement and beat every last information out of her, then bury her in the woods. Nobody would have missed her. But he was too weak for that.
