Is the theatrical cut available on Blu-Ray?

I collect the Oscar winning Best Pictures on DVD/Blu-ray and I would love to upgrade my DVD copy of "Crash" to Blu-ray. This may seem OCD, but for me Directors' Cut/Extended Cut versions do not count because they are not the version that won Best Picture.

It seems like only the director's cut has made it to Blu-Ray in Region A (North America). Is this the case?
